Under this broad heading of Utility Services, TECTON specialises in providing comprehensive design, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and operation of Water Supply & Management System, and Sewage & Wastewater Systems:

Water Supply: Post the production or collection of potable water, water management on the delivery side has its challenges. Frequent breakage of pipelines, particularly Water mains, a Significant quantity of Water transmission loss by leakage (Transmission loss), Unauthorized usage of water (Distribution loss), and Inadequate Flow balancing for multiple destinations of supply are some of the problems that have dogged the Water supply sector.

TECTON’s engineers have designed and commissioned Pumping Stations and Pipelines for transmission and distribution of potable water, taking into consideration the full spectrum of technical requirements that go into achieve optimisation and efficiency:

• Surge Protection based on Hydraulic study for protecting pipeline from pipe bursts and failures
• Corrosion protection of Carbon Steel pipelines and tanks by use of Cathodic Protection system
• Selection of suitable Pipeline material
• Leak Detection systems
• Flow management by use of Flow control valves, and with the support of SCADA (Supervisory Control & Data Acquisition) aided Operation Philosophy
• Pressure management using pressure regulating valves and system monitoring points to achieve consistent water pressure levels across the water supply network
• Flowmeters installed at end-User level will ensure accurate metering

Sewage: Sewage treatment/disposal and wastewater reuse are critical for the sustainable utilization of water resources. The Key infrastructure is often neglected the world over, resulting in wastage of water, creating pollution, spreads disease, and harms the environment.

Every stage of a Sewage system is vital, starting from wastewater collection, efficient channeling of collected wastewater through sewage pipelines, treatment of wastewater, re-use of treated water for irrigation and industrial purposes, and disposal of sludge.
